Rutas Patrimoniales

Puesta en valor turístico del patrimonio regional!

Descripción: El programa Rutas Patrimoniales, es un proyecto impulsado por el Ministerio de Bienes Nacionales (MBN) en concordancia con su política de gestión del patrimonio fiscal, con el fin de promover y gestionar circuitos con valor patrimonial. El programa se crea en el año 2001, identificando espacios fiscales de alto valor social, natural, paisajístico, histórico y/o culturales, con el objetivo de desarrollar recorridos que pongan en valor este patrimonio.

Objetivos: Generar la puesta en valor turística de Rutas Patrimoniales, mediante la implementación de un sistema de información que permita identificar las rutas patrimoniales del programa, levantando relatos turísticos que logren relevar los circuitos asociados a dichas rutas, proporcionando al visitante información relevante del lugar, identificando atractivos, servicios turísticos, experiencias y aspectos patrimoniales de interés turístico.

Plan Formativo para Guías Generales de Turismo

Curso online sobre turismo, habilidades blandas y primeros auxilios para guías!

Descripción: Como parte del fortalecimiento de las capacidades de los profesionales del sector, Subsecretaría de Turismo desarrolló el “Plan Formativo para Guías de Generales de Turismo”, que consiste en un curso de capacitación de 80 horas destinado a transferir conocimientos generales sobre turismo, habilidades blandas y primeros auxilios de manera online.

Luego de este proceso, los guías capacitados podrán conducirse a la certificación de competencias laborales que entrega ChileValora (con recursos adicionales), permitiendo así cumplir con la normativa vigente (Decreto Nº19 de 2019) e incorporarse al Registro de Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos de Sernatur.

Objetivo: Fortalecer los conocimientos sobre turismo, habilidades blandas y primeros auxilios de las personas que actualmente se desempeñan como guías de turismo (sin importar su especialidad), permitiéndoles avanzar hacia la certificación de competencias laborales que entrega ChileValora, y posteriormente, incorporarse en el Registro de Prestadores de Servicios Turísticos de Sernatur.
